Content Ownership & Customer Liability

You retain full ownership of all prompts, product assets, and videos generated through our platform. As a customer, you bear full legal responsibility and liability for all AI-generated content, advertising claims, platform community guideline compliance (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta), and third-party intellectual property or trademark usage.

Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to generate or distribute misleading, harmful, sexually explicit, abusive, or infringing content. Any abuse may result in immediate suspension of account access without refund.

Credits & Billing

Subscriptions and credit packs are billed in USD through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Monthly subscription credits renew and reset each billing cycle. Credit packs do not expire while an active subscription is maintained.
